All orders at Anterisshop.com are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Delivery Policy for Tangible Products
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States. [We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the United States only.] Any shipments outside of United States are not available at this time.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7-10 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
All type of special delivery instructions will be populated on the check-out page while placing the deliverable order. The user needs to select as per there need.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund (including shipping charges).
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 2 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

Text Trace allows you to track your Anterisshop.com packages via SMS text messages sent to your mobile phone. After you sign up for Text Trace, any tracking updates related to your packages will be sent to your mobile phone.
Delivery Policy for Intangible Products
Intangible Products such as software which comes with license key or digital download option is only available for delivery by Email or download mode. All digital download products are available for download and fulfilled instantly once the order is placed successfully. In case of any technical glitch, Maximum time of delivery for such products is 12 hours.
