Digital products

Due to the nature of the digital distribution of active license codes, Anterisshop.com can not offer refunds or exchanges or Cancellation for any digital products once delivered and activation/license key has been viewed. All licensing sales are final.

You may request a refund if you have not yet retrieved the activation/license key from our system. If you have already retrieved the activation/license key, NO REFUNDS will be granted.

Please make sure the software works on your system before retrieving the activation/license key. All digital software product has there own system requirement and it is listed on the product page.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Refund requests may be granted if:

✓ You HAVE NOT received the activation/license key from the web portal, or by email, or by postal mail, or by telephone, or by web chat, or by other means.

Note:- We issue refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase of the product on the above conditions. No Refund will be granted after 7 days of the original date of order placed.

Refund requests will not be granted if:

Physical products

The physical product such as computer peripherals, software with installation disks and devices like tablets or computers or Printers.

No Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellation:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of the original purchase of the product at +1-844-739-3551 or send an email to care@anterisshop.com with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a 24 hour period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.

If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

In a defective product return case, we will bear the shipping/delivery charge.
